Deborah “Debbie” Perry has been creating art work in some form for over 20 years. She began with wood carving where she can make anything from a rooster out of a tree limb to a Santa Claus ornament from a wood block. Later she starting working with metals creating what is now commonly referred to as “Yard Art”. She does most of her work from her home in West Liberty where she has a fully equipped shop and a nice comfortable La-Z-Boy. Her passion for her craft comes from her youth and herexperiences growing up in the Appalachian Mountains. She spent time early in her career working with Garland and Minnie Adkins of Isonville, Kentucky.
